Five reasons why 'Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi' season 3 is a must watch

On popular demand Yash and Mamta Patnaik under their banner Beyond Dreams Entertainment are bringing the third season of "Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi". The chemistry that the lead pair Dev and Sonakshi, played by Shaheer Sheikh and Erica Fernandes respectively, share is one of the audience's favourite. And the new season, which is titled "Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi – Nayi Kahaani", will focus on their changing relationship.

The show is slated to go on-air on July 12 at 8:30 p.m. on Sony TV, and here are five reasons why it's a must watch. Read on:

1) Dev and Sonakshi: Dev and Sonakshi are not your typical married couple. While their on-screen chemistry is something that leaves you with butterfly in your stomach, the way they support each other, and correct each other's mistake is something to look forward to.

2) The relationship between Dev and his mom: Dev lost his father at a very young age, and his mother became his world. The respect and love that Dev shows towards his mom, even when she is wrong, is nothing short of a learning. A mother can be wrong, and when she is, she doesn't want others to taunt her about it, and Dev always has a polite way of saying it.

3) The story and the dialogues: The third season will pick up from where the second season left. The recent promos are a delight to watch and Dev and Sonakshi's conversation and their dialogues are so deep and thoughtful. Even though they disagree with each other, you cannot miss the love between them.

4) The stellar cast: Shaheer Sheikh, Erica Fernandes and Supriya Pilgaonkar are reprising their roles for the third season. They have beautifully played their parts in the first two instalments, and this is another reason why the third season is a must watch.

5) Yash and Mamta Patnaik: Be it the first two season of the show or their other shows like "Ishq Mein Marjawan" 1 and 2, "Ek Veer Ki Ardaas... Veera", "Sadda Haq", "Rang Badalti Odhani", to name a few, Yash and Mamta along with their team have given shows which have always left an impact on the audience. Whichever genre they have picked, their shows have always turned out to be a masterpiece.

Amika Shail’s ‘Khunnas’ on Ullu app series Revenge Crimes

Violence against women is a problem across the World. It affects women of all races, ethnic

groups, classes, and nationalities. It cuts across educational, socio-economic, cultural, and religious barriers, impeding the right of women to participate fully in society. The violence takes a dismaying variety of forms, all of which are violations of the most fundamental
human rights.

Actress Amika Shail is a part of one such web series titled ‘Khunnas’ which premiered on the Indian OTT platform Ullu. Commenting on the subject Amika exclaimed, “Our country is a hotbed of revenge and hate crimes against women. There is weak law enforcement. Violence against women can be domestic, public, physical, emotional, or mental. Surprisingly in most of the cases, the accused are the persons known to the victim. Generally, it is assumed that a big threat for women is from an unknown person than a familiar one, but the fact is the opposite. Women are not safe among the people they know well. Also, most of the cases in India are not reported.”

Revenge and hate crimes have a pattern and they are mostly incited due to disputes over love, money, or land – these crimes are easy to crack, but also difficult to prevent as the perpetrators leave a lot of clues behind. “I gave my nod for the series knowing the subject. I feel it is difficult but not impossible to prevent such hate crimes. Every member of society – be it teachers, medical professionals, advocates, policy, government, judiciary, etc. have an important role to play in educating everyone with sensitivity about such crimes. One must always have full faith in the country’s judicial system and must not take law into his own hands at any cost. With this series I believe we would be successful even if we can prevent a few such crimes” said Amika as she signed off for the moment.

"I was away from the serial and all my fans were messaging me that when will you come back, when are you joining the serial again, and now that I am back, the audience is taking it like my comeback. Since it was a long gap, my look has changed a bit now, actually, it's better than before," she said.

"The first two scenes were very dramatic and there was a dialogue that I said 'Duniya main aise note nahi chappe hai, jo Shivani Chavan ko apna gulam bana sake'. The audience just loved it. I have been getting so many messages from my fans saying what a comeback and 'Sherni' is back. They are using the word 'Sherni' for me, and are calling me Sherni Chavan, Sherni Shivani Chavan. Everybody is like ma'am we really missed you and it feels great having you back. They are posting stories that our 'Sherni is back', 'Aali re Aali Sherni Chavan Aali', it's so overwhelming," she added.

Yamini donned a pink saree for the scene and was looking drop dead gorgeous. Talking about her character, she said, "The Marathi character and dialogues with my Punjabi tadka and humour has really made Shivani a very unique, remarkable and hard to forget character."

Up close and personal with Chinmayee Salvi from Sony SAB's Wagle Ki Duniya. Did you know Chinamyee is a fan of horror movies

Sony SAB's Wagle Ki Duniya is undoubtedly one of the most loved shows on television today. The show has won several plaudits for its relatable storyline and, more importantly, relatable characters played by some of the most loved artists.

One such artist is Chinmayee Salvi, who plays Rajesh and Vandana Wagle's daughter, Atharva's sister - Sakhi Wagle. Chinmayee, right since the beginning of the show, has managed to amass a lot of love from the audience through her portrayal of the mischievous as well well-behaved daughter and a loving and caring elder sister.

However, did you know that the sweet little daughter of the Wagle's is a fan of horror movies? Don't believe us? Here's what she has to say:

Talking about her favourite horror movies and characters etched to it, Chinmayee said “It has been a while since I have had an opportunity to sit down and enjoy a good horror movie. However, I remember watching 'Exorcism of Emily Rose’ which gave me chills down the spine. The fact that it is based on a real-life story made the movie more intriguing. It is my all-time favourite film in this genre. My favourite character from a horror movie would have to be Bill Skarsgard. His performance in the movie ‘IT’ was simply brilliant. I continue to enjoy watching horror and thriller movies whenever I get the opportunity to do so.”

Sharing her fond memories, Chinmayee said “I vaguely remember the time I was watching the movie ‘Conjuring’ in a movie theatre; I was engrossed in the scene and in all that excitement, I somehow dropped my cell phone on a women's lap, sitting next to me. In an instant, she got startled and was scared to death. It was not deliberate, but a very scary moment for both of us. Besides that, being a trained Kathak dancer, I learnt Navras Byas in detail. My friends and I used to always convince our Kathak guru to end Bhayanak Rasa with a twist of horror.”

Further, talking about working on a horror sequel in the future, Chinmayee said “As a child and even now, horror is one genre that has always caught my eye while watching movies. If I ever do get a chance to work and explore such a project, why not? I will be more than happy to take it up.”
