VIJAYENDRA KUMERIA: THE KING WHO CAME TO SAVE THE THRONE BUT FOUND A BROKEN KINGDOM

Yo, listen up, TV junkies! Zee TV’s Jagriti – Ek Nayi Subah is currently teetering on the edge like a drunk uncle at a wedding dance floor, and the entire fandom is screaming, “Hold my dupatta, we’re not ready to say bye-bye yet!” The rumor mill is grinding louder than a mixer during Diwali prep: low TRPs, panic meetings, “two-week ultimatum” whispers, the whole spicy chaat.

But let’s zoom in on the real hero riding in like a Bollywood slow-mo entry—our man, the evergreen heartthrob, Mr. Vijayendra Kumeria! Bro swapped his Deewaniyat swag for Suraj Thakur’s brooding kurtas and amnesia drama, and baby, he SERVED. Knife in hand, rage in eyes, yet those soft puppy feels for Jagriti leaking through the cracks—Vijayendra is out here acting his socks off, giving us Emmy-level “I hate you but I also wanna cry in your arms” energy. Fans are literally surviving on his micro-expressions alone; one teary eyelash flutter and Twitter explodes into a monsoon of thirst tweets.Did the channel expect Vijayendra’s mere entry to catapult the show from 1.6 to 4.0 TRP like some magical fairy dust? Babe, even Superman can’t save a script that’s stuck in a loop of “main tujhse nafrat karta hoon… lekin dil hai ki maanta nahi.” The man is delivering gourmet acting, but they’re feeding us instant noodles plot. Vijayendra didn’t “fail to save the day”—he’s the only reason half the audience is still glued, praying for that one brain-cell revival in the writing room.So while the axe hovers like a dramatic villain entry, Vijayendra remains the undisputed MVP, slaying scenes, breaking hearts, and making us yell, “Arre writers, at least give our king a storyline worthy of his jawline!” Keep shining, VK—whether the show stays or goes, you walked in, stole the whole damn circus, and left with the crown. RANVEER SINGH: THE HUMAN MOOD RING OF BOLLYWOOD

Yo, listen up — Ranveer Singh doesn’t act, he straight-up possesses the screen like a desi demon on Red Bull and pure swag!

One day he’s Bittoo, the loud Delhi wedding planner flexing zero-to-hero romance with a wink that could melt steel. Next minute he’s Bajirao, bald head shining, chest thumping, roaring “Mastani!” like he invented heartbreak and horse-riding at the same time. Blink again — bam! He’s Khilji, eyes rolling like a possessed wolf, chewing scenery and enemies for breakfast, looking like he bathes in evil and ghee. Then he drops the mic, becomes Murad from the gallis, spitting fire in Gully Boy, hoodie on, voice low, dreams high — so real you can smell the Mumbai sea and struggle in every bar. Two years later he’s Kapil Dev, calm as a monk, lifting the World Cup like it’s just another Tuesday. And just when you think “bro chill,” he returns as Rocky Randhawa — pink shirts, louder-than-Diwali energy, dancing like gravity filed for divorce.Dude goes from lover boy to psycho king to rapper to cricketer to Punjabi tornado without breaking a sweat. Body changes, accent flips, soul switches channels faster than your TV remote on IPL night. Zero typecast, hundred percent crackcast!Ranveer doesn’t do roles; he hijacks them, adds extra masala, extra madness, extra heart, and serves them piping hot with a side of “hold my kurta.” The man is a full Bollywood buffet on steroids — eat one flavor, crave ten more.In short: Ranveer Singh isn’t an actor. He’s a whole damn vibe factory running 24×7, producing limited-edition chaos you can’t unsee. Legend. Periodt. 🌀

Will Salman Khan bash Armaan Malik as strongly as he reprimanded Tanya Mittal?

Salman Khan won’t reprimand Amaal Mallik for his abusive, threatening and derogatory behaviour towards Tanya Mittal, no matter how ugly it gets (“banawati aurat”, “kaat denge”, “kutta bana denge”, “bahar pakad lenge”, “khoon bhi ganda hoga”).

In fact, it’s the reverse: Salman has scolded Amaal multiple times for his aggression and foul language (towards Farhana, Rajat, Shilpa, everyone), but always pulls his punches because Amaal debuted with him and their families go back decades. He himself admitted on WKV, “Log bolte hain main isko bachata hoon kyuki bacche se jaanta hoon,” and keeps giving “last warnings” that never lead to anything.Amaal has ignored even his father Daboo Malik’s public advice on the show to control his tongue and temper. Yet the makers and Salman continue to shield him heavily: opponents get evicted, his worst moments are barely shown, and he’s handed captaincy twice despite constant rule-breaking and character assassination.Meanwhile, Salman has repeatedly bashed Tanya for “targeting” Amaal, mocked her with lines like “bhaiya se saiyaan pe nahi jaa sakti,” and laughed off her complaints. The bullying is blatantly one-sided and protected from the top.So don’t expect any tongue-lashing from Salman on the next Weekend Ka Vaar. If anything, he’ll either stay silent or find a way to justify Amaal again. That’s the reality of Bigg Boss 19 right now. Pure nepo armour. #JusticeForTanya

BIGG BOSS 19: ASH NO MORE IN THE SHADOW? SOLO SLAY OR DOOMSDAY!

Yo, Bigg Boss 19 just detonated a nuke—Abhishek Bajaj got yeeted in a double-whammy eviction with Neelam Giri on Nov 9! That leaves Ashnoor Kaur (aka the “Abhinoor” half) stranded in a house of 10 strangers, clutching zero allies and a basket full of cracked eggs. Ouch, girl!

Salman Khan straight-up roasted her: “Abhishek glowed, you ghosted!” She let her boo do all the heavy lifting—defending her from body-sham trolls, soaking tears, bossing tasks—while she played side-chick to his main-character energy. Big mistake, queen! Now the captain’s chair is spinning, and Ashnoor’s the lone deer in a lion’s den.Who’s left to throw her a lifeline? Pranit More’s the only MVP who saved her  last round, calling her “charming.” Mridul might toss a pity high-five (Abhishek’s old bro), and Shehbaz could vibe on Gen-Z wavelength. But Gaurav? Tanya? Farrhana? Kunickaa? will circle for the kill.Ashnoor’s gotta flip the script—FAST. Step one: crank the sass dial to eleven, expose the fake “women empowerment” brigade like she did Kunickaa. Step two: sweet-talk Shehbaz and Mridul into a sneaky mini-gang. Step three: ride the viral #AshnoorKaur wave—fans are eating up her tear-jerker exit hug with Abhishek. Step four: nominate the mean girls HARD and dominate tasks solo. No more hiding in shadows!Clock’s ticking, drama’s brewing. Can Ashnoor morph from “Abhishek’s plus-one” to solo slay-queen? Or will the house chew her up next? Place your bets, fam—who’s getting the boot?

TULSI 2.0: THE DESI DIVORCE BOMB THAT’LL MAKE INDIA SCREAM “ARRE NAHIN!

Yo, imagine Indian TV exploding like Diwali on steroids if Tulsi Virani—OG queen of sanskaars—finally snaps, dumps cheating Mihir (who’s busy Netflix-and-chilling with Noina), and swipes right on a silver-fox hottie at 55! Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi reboot would go full masala chaos.

Aunties in Tier-2 towns? Clutching pearls, WhatsApp forwards screaming #TulsiTraitor. “Arre, yeh kya feminism le aayi?!” TRPs dip faster than a bad biryani. OG fans (who cried when Mihir faked death in 2001) flood X with #SaveTulsiMihir memes—think Tulsi crying in a saree, captioned “Shaadi todna paap hai!”Meanwhile, Gen-Z baddies? Popping champagne emojis. #TulsiQueen trends with edits of her in red lipstick, strutting with a CEO bae. “Mihir who? Let the man-bun uncle cry in his khichdi!” Urban reels go viral—Tulsi doing the Naatu Naatu hook step with new dude. Hotstar crashes from 18–24 logins.Family living rooms? WW3. Nani wants Tulsi to forgive (again). Beti wants her to file for alimony and a Maldives vacay. Reddit polls: 55% “Divorce the gaslighter,” 45% “Ekta, fix this!” Trolls slut-shame Tulsi’s glow-up, but Twitter claps back: “Men get midlife crisis, women get midlife CRISIS? Bye.”Ekta Kapoor? Cackling in her office, counting TRP spikes. Controversy = cash. One week boycott, next week record views. India debates: Can bahus reboot love post-50? Divorce rates quietly climb.Bottom line: Half the nation heartbroken, half hashtagging #Tulsi2.0. Either way, Tulsi’s serving main character energy—and the remote’s on fire.

New Prarthana of Puspha Impossible has done bold content before

Usually, TV casting is very particular, and given the family profile of the viewing universe, only girls with a pristine image are given lead roles.  However, that seems to be changing. Producer Jamnadas Majethia( JD) of  Hats  Off production has cast Marathi actress Pooja Katurde as Prarthana  in Puspha Impossible, who has previously done bold content in her 2003 film  Gemadpanthi (2023). Take a look

Engineer-turned-actor Pooja has also  appeared in other  Marathi films, such as   Good Luck, Cryptomania (2023)

It remains to be seen how viewers will respond to such a casting choice. Nonetheless, limiting an actor to certain genres is restrictive, as talented performers can portray a diverse range of roles.
And just because  Pooja has done one show, which might not be aesthetically
Should we haul her over the coals for it?   We should forget the past and give her a fresh chance.
If she is a good actor, the audience will accept her with folded arms.

Kudos to  JD for attempting to buck the trend.   Hope other producers follow suit, we need a more varied pool of actors to take the industry forward.   Today's audience also understands that they should not judge an actor by what they do on screen, but by their real-life persona.
Puspha Impossible is taking a seven-year leap, and the role of Pushpa (Karuna Pandey), daughter-in-law of Prarthana, till now played by Indraxi Kanjilal, will now be essayed by Pooja.
The story will now focus on Pushpa's tryst as a lawyer and her family saga.

We tried to get in touch with JD, but could not get through by the time we put this story to bed.

Samridhii Shukla: From Doraemon Dubs to Desi Drama Queen!

Yo, meet Samridhii Shukla—the desi Doraemon whisperer turned TV queen who’s basically leveling up like a Bollywood RPG boss! Born '95 in Kanpur, this 5’5” firecracker kicked off at age 11, voicing lil’ ghosts in Sai Baba while her dad (a VO legend) cheered from the sidelines. For a decade+, she was the secret sauce behind Doraemon, Deadpool, and even Janhvi Kapoor’s English lines—dubbing diva, low-key slaying!

Then BAM—2021, she moonwalked into Kannada cinema with Taj Mahal 2, and 2022? Dropped the mic as Saavi, the auto-rickshaw-riding badass in Saavi Ki Savaari. But the real glow-up? November 2023: she snatched the crown as Abhira in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Opposite Rohit Purohit’s Armaan, #AbhiMaan became the internet’s fave OTP—memes, edits, and TRP tsunamis! Now? 29 and unbothered, Insta-poppin’ with “boss lady” drip, raking ₹5 crore, snagging Dadasaheb Phalke glory (Oct 2025), and flexing awards like Pokémon cards. From unseen voice ninja to screen supernova, Samridhii’s script flipped harder than a dramatic saas-bahu twist. Next stop? OTT takeover, baby—she’s just getting started. 🎤✨
