Zee TV is undergoing a significant prime-time reshuffle by introducing a reality show called Chhoriyan Chali Gaon at 9:30 PM from 3rd Aug. As a result, existing shows like "Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile,
and Jamai No 1 will lose their current time slots. Jane Hum will be moved to late-night at 11 PM, while Jamai Raja will be shifted to an earlier evening slot at 7 PM.( it had been shifted to early evening a litle while back where it got very low ratings
Interestingly,Jane Anjaane Hum,and Jamai Raja—have been performing well in ratings, and this time slot change could negatively impact their numbers.
It seems Zee TV aims to attract a new audience to its prime time, and introducing a reality show is seen as a strong strategy. However, this move may risk losing the existing audience for those shows, thereby affecting their ratings.
Actors from ,Jane Anjaane Hum, and Jamai Raja are understandably frustrated with the channel, but no one wants to speak out publicly about their concerns.
